Who we are

ECHO Parties is responsible for the signup information you submit on this site. For privacy questions, access requests or removal from the list, email echoevents0@gmail.com.

Email updates

If you tick the consent box and sign up, we store your email address, the time of signup and the wording of the consent you gave. We use this information only for ECHO event announcements and ticket releases. Consent is our basis for these emails. We do not sell the list or share it with other promoters.

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the list in a private database accessible to the site owner. We keep your details until you withdraw consent, ask us to delete them, or the list closes. You can withdraw at any time by contacting us; any emails we send must also provide an unsubscribe route.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate trends such as pageviews, referring sites, countries, device types and browsers. It does not use cookies or provide us with individual visitor profiles. Cloudflare also processes technical requests to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your email consent. Contact ECHO using the link above. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
